I led a team of 3, focusing on the UX and UI design of a platform that seamlessly integrates both business and customer experiences.
I also collaborated closely with the CTO, combining product strategy with design innovation.
Context
Charm is an integrated cosmetic platform designed to build a community of beauty enthusiasts and connect them with reputable cosmetic service providers.

Users can book an appointment easily. Users can also view other information about the doctor such as coupons, reviews and posts, etc.

After booking an appointment, users can easily view and modify their appointment dashboard.

Doctors can quickly manage all their appointments through the dashboard.

The demand for these offerings continues to grow, with cosmetic surgery being a well-established sector witnessing millions of procedures performed annually.
